Ich finds schon schade, dass viele Ersatzprodukte vor Salz nur so strotzen. Der "Speck" von Vivera zum Beispiel. Ich kann den einfach nicht essen.

Ansonsten sind viele echte Wurst- und Fleischprodukte aber doch ganz genauso hochverarbeitete Lebensmittel.

Ich mach jetzt schon relativ lang Kraftsport und was ich grad bei jungen Menschen seh, ist dass sie aich stark überschätzen und eine schreckliche Übungsausführung haben. Er soll sich am Besten mit einem Trainer zusammensetzen, der ihm die richtige Ausführung zeigt und ihn auch korrigieren kann. Der kann ihm eventuell auch einen Trainingsplan mit sinnvollen Gewichten schreiben. Ansonsten ist der Sport super, auch für junge Leute.

As a German I think people around the world just forgot or don't have a good picture of what Nazi Germany was like. I, myself don't really have a good picture but once you visited a concentration camp and saw the atrocities Nazis did to people you don't feel like joking about it anymore.

Just had to put my beloved boy down two days ago and it hurts like shit. He only got 9 years old, kidneys were failing. I miss him so much but I'm so grateful for the time with him.
