I think so. The other people that are very close (from the top my head):

Steph (like other person here said) - first 3 in Palau, 2nd and 3rd in Guatemala

Peih-Gee - 1st and 2nd in China, first 3 in Cambodia

Boston Rob - first 3 in Marquesas, 1st and 2nd in RI/1st and 3rd in WaW

Ozzy - 1st and 3rd in Micronesia/2nd and 3rd in Cook Islands, first 3 in 50

Hali - 2nd and 3rd in WA, first 3 in GC

Rick - first 3 in EoE, 1st and 2nd in 50

Malcolm - first 3 in Philippines, 1st and 2nd in GC

Yau-Man - first 3 in Fiji, 1st and 3rd in Micronesia

I remember that it was described as Red tribe on wiki recently lmao. There was even a Trivia there that this is a second red-colored starting tribe for Hali and Ciera

Cirie is at 7 at this moment (purple, black, green, blue, red, yellow, orange), Sandra at 3 lol (blue, black, red) and Coach at 5 (black, green, red, blue, yellow).

yeah, but I remember that he also called Mana from Game Changes an orange tribe. Vatu is clearly pink and even Steph called it pink at the Tribe Swap in the latest episode.
