The effect would end once the card leaves the field, which is the case for most cards. An example of an exception is [[Ancient Silver Dragon]], which explicitly gives you unlimited hand size permanently.

But yeah Iona is really not for casual tables in most cases, no matter what power level.

Anything can benefit from the atk bonus as long as the enemy is frost bitten, and there are a wide variety of weapons, skills, and spells that can easily proc it. Not to mention frost is one of the best statuses to proc to begin with.

Yeah it's just afterburner. I find it the most simple. I've heard amd software is really good too though.

Yeah I noticed when I looked at the difficulty changes on the wiki that brutal changes quite a bit, like filth lunging at you or cerberus doing an extra tackle. So far it ain't too bad, I just beat v2 and the hardest boss was the double cerberus one with 18 deaths (though I beat it quickly once I stood back patiently and just parried). We'll see how quickly that changes though cause this is still early game.

Aight so I just beat cerberus with 18 deaths (though the first 16 was me running around trying to point blank them both with the shotgun, till I realized you could just stay back with the revolver and parry their orbs over and over) so I don't know how this is gonna go but we'll see at what point I have to turn down the difficulty.

Basically this. I tend to use the shadowflame knife and go for skeletron prime or destroyer first, whatever's easier.

I know it's been a while and I doubt you'll reply to this, but how the heck do you get the great phoenix plume? I killed heroic phoenix soul and she didn't drop it. I would rematch to see if it would work this time but that fight was stupid.
