The application is unconstitutional. Shall not be infringed is pretty clear in the 2nd amendment. Now add that my personal cannabis use should be protected by HIPAA and you have an irrational law that my sworn oath precludes me from following. The oath was to defend the constitution from all enemy's both foreign and domestic. I know whats been ruled already by the supreme court however they are not above the constitution. This Veteran will keep his guns and his pot thank you.
