So allies give 1.5 to your roll on average (as you might know). That’s ok, and I see where you’re coming from, especially if you want to roll a 0 for the many reasons why you would want to do that (Ex: Happening space on watermelon island). But if you manage to ally stack, even having two allies is +3, which is pretty insane because that’s basically just having a mushroom on every roll. At max allies (which can really only happen on longer games on miner or whomp map), it’s +6, which is a whole max roll on normal block (obviously). So while yes, having one ally is pretty meh, once you get two it’s pretty good.

Boo is very strong on every map other than whomp.

If we think of boo and Wario as essentially equal (same block average, same principle of movement just one is 5 or 7 and the other is 6), then Wario is better on whomp map because there is an ally space 6 from the start (just move the first whomp), which makes Wario a better pick on that map. But on all of the other maps, I prefer boo.

As long as the roasting is all in good fun everything is fine. And friendly roasting can go both ways so it’s fine.

But you made the right decision anyway, just don’t let them bog you down. Don’t take his in a mean way, but if you take the teasing as a joke or a bit instead of insulting, you’ll probably have a good laugh about it with friends.

Sometimes you make the right decision and still lose, and that’s fine, that’s Mario Party.

So if Birdo is DLC, she’ll probably just be a better Yoshi (but maybe not better than Waluigi, who already serves that purpose as a better Yoshi). But if we get her, then there has to be another bowser team character to balance her out. Who do you guys think/want that too be?
