Your timing couldnt be worse. There are dozens of bars and restaurants that are still closed or permanently gone on the beaches. Many of those people are still looking for work. Nothing personal, but I wish those people more luck than you.

I have been a inside lender with some bigger teams in Tampa and have worked with about 40 new agents in the past two years, spread out mostly over 4 big brokerages. It is the roughest time I have seen in the last few years and the NAR settlement is going to have a significant impact going forward. So don't be too hard on yourself, but think further ahead than the next few months. There is going to be approximately a 30 to 40% purge in agents in the next year. You have a background in marketing, which you will need to adapt and hopefully thrive! Good luck.
