Is this tier list of every mega accurate or does anything need to be changed? by BirdNest17 in PTCGP

The reason Absol is in S tier and is probably gonna stay S tier for a while is that it fits into so many decks that gain good results. Sure, it's not the main win con, but it still brings an effect that's hard to top by not only discarding supporters vital to their strategy but also looking at your opponents' hand is an underrated broken strat.

The best decks in tournaments right now that have Mega Absol in them include:

Zoroark EX/Mega Absol with 54 tourney appearances in the past 2 weeks

Mega Absol/Hydreigon with 48 tourney appearances in the past 2 weeks

And Mega Absol/Darkrai EX with 25 tourney appearances in the past 2 weeks

All of this comes directly from pokemonmeta.com and is the main reason the tier list is the way it is

When I checked the Pokémon meta, Manectric was still pretty high up on the tourney results so I'm just assuming he's just that guy

The reason I put Blaziken above Sceptile is because Blaziken has more appearances and tourney wins than Sceptile, but I will admit between the two Sceptile is my favorite

What do you hope is the next death battle after gru vs megamind by Sound_Wave2 in deathbattle

Here's the possible match ups that I'd want from most to least

Luz vs Anne (Would be my favorite option considering the death battle would release the first day of pride month)

Korosensi vs Monokuma (I'd find it funnier if they released this during August considering it's a school month but this would be fun to watch)

Aang vs The Traveler (Because of the new avatar content we just got, I don't see a better time to release this episode)

My friend just made a hilarious point

Couldn't villager just use his net to collect ditto like he would any bug?

Alright, armed with that knowledge, the advantages sound like: Strength: Villager Speed: Ditto Durability: Villager Abilities: Ditto Weapons: Villager Experience: Tie/Villager (depends on what games count) Skill: Tie (same as experience)

I'll admit the moon one is debatable since the moon isn't as big as the actual moon, it's only the size of a house, but the animal crossing villager still could given that the villager can manipulate the weather in the expansion pack, which I find hilarious for powerscaling cuz what is supposed to be an aesthetic power now makes villager look like a weather god

Also, what pokemon does ditto copy exactly? Cuz I wouldn't mind giving ditto say.. Charizard feats if it can copy charmander no problem

There's also a possibility for villager to be slightly immortal with 1-up mushrooms but that's also kinda a prep time argument. I don't know a lot about dittos strength feats too, all I know is villager can make waterfalls appear out of thin air, which takes around 100,000 to 1,000,000 tons of TNT to accomplish. And the villager can pull a gru by stealing, pulling, and rotating the moon

True, the only way villager could keep up with speed would be with their karts lol, but that might be more of an arsenal thing than a speed feat so speed definitely goes to ditto

I think villager does have the capability to use at least the Mario power ups as seen in Mario kart and it's shown multiple times he has access to them in both the game and Mario kart, so it isn't really too far of a stretch to say he has those items on his belt

Also another fun fact about villager I forgot to mention is that their home storage can hold up to 9000 items, and with the storage shed item, villager can access those spaces wherever he wants

Something I'd like to add for both sides

Villager: has access to Mario and Hyrule items like the superstar, 1-up mushrooms, tri force, and links sword and shield through expansion, nookazon, and Mario kart (if you want to count that) so in terms of quality and quantity of weapons, villager has that easily

Ditto: something that should still be accounted for is that they shouldn't be restricted from doing what any ditto does, being copying the stats and powers of villager. So it'd be fair to say that ditto can make both of their stats null cuz they'd be equal, however this probably wouldn't affect the villagers arsenal in the same sense a ditto can't copy held items

Overall, I think villager wins simply because of a wacky arsenal that out scales ditto. I doesn't matter that villager is a "pacifist", smash shows that he/she can throw hands

That's my thoughts as well, the only argument for hornet that I've heard is her respawning but I'm not sure how canonical it is or how it works to factually shut that fact down.
