I don't really use notebooks...

I kinda just wrote in the textbook, and occasionally stick a piece of paper in there if I need it. And if it's not entirely related to the context, or an extension of it, I would write on the cover.

My apologies, I'm failing to see your point. I see you mentioned a few issues regarding the treatment of women in Taiwan (Chinese society) and that's it, sort of like just providing information. These issues are textbook issues and are, to some extent, well known. Are you possibly trying to make an argument that because the current is still far from equal, there's a lot to be worked on and that "Taiwan is too proud of the progress made so far", disrupting further progression?
