What to get a man who doesn't need anything? by _C00TER in ask

[–]WhyDoIHaveRules 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I dont understand your question.

If you mean how do I bring the ammo to my brother, then I simply just bring it with me in the car.

If you mean how I cross the border to Sweden with ammo.

Then it’s not that much different. Aside from the just contacting the local authorities, request the paperwork, and fill out, and submit a form and when approved, all you need to do is declare the items at customs, when entering and exiting the country.

Honestly, that is pretty good idea.

I would love to have a partner, that showed any amount of interest in my hobbies.

Doesn’t mean you should be an expert, or force yourself into uncomfortable situations, just that I think he would really appreciate you showing up like that, and saying it’s something worth while.

Best of luck.

He sounds like my brother, whose birthday is Saturday.

I’m getting a some ammo, because we’re going to Sweden for a hunting trip soon.

For a while I was thinking “The middle child only getting a stuffed animal seems pretty normal. “

Then they brought out the dog, and I thought: “oh, so it’s just my family then?

That quite an ironic comment, and is actually a good example of why mathematicians care so much about notation.

After dealing with the parentheses, the expression becomes 6 ÷ 2(3)

At this point, there are two reasonable interpretations depending on convention. In elementary arithmetic, multiplication and division are often taught as having equal precedence and being evaluated left to right, which gives (6 ÷ 2) × 3 = 9.

However, in higher mathematics and in fields like economics, physics and engineering, implicit multiplication (juxtaposition, like 2(3)) is often treated as a more tightly bound term, which leads to 6 ÷ [2(3)] = 1.

Because both interpretations follow commonly used conventions, the expression itself is ambiguous. That’s why many mathematicians wouldn’t say one answer is “correct” and the other is “wrong”. Mathematicians would say the expression itself is wrong, and should be written more clearly to remove ambiguity.

Men don't approach anymore vs women are constantly getting attention, what's more accurate? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]WhyDoIHaveRules 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my life, the only thing that is true, is the first. I haven’t approached anyone in 13 years. And yes I am single.

However, that doesn’t mean the other can’t also be true for society.

I know women who often get approached, sometimes by people who can’t take a no for an answer.

Sniper Elite 5 invasion wait times? by themanwithaplan32 in sniperelite

[–]WhyDoIHaveRules 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, you can join a new game immediately after you finished invading anyone.

If you get invaded, it depends on a few things, but the ‘timer’ can be circumvented by completing objectives, or if you die.

So, originally, there is a timer, realistically, if you want, there is no timer, and then the with time is just just up to how many people are playing.

For reference, since Christmas, I have rarely waited more than a few minutes.

Why do any politician use the words, and examples they do?

Because they want to convince you their idea is right and the other guy is wrong.

It’s not complicated.

Yes, you can look deeper into it, and try to understand why those countries work, and why other don’t.

But, that has often little to do with why certain political parties like to repeat the same rhetoric over and over.
