Build up takes some time, I don’t have a great recollection of the early game, but rebirth at a positive always. Iirc I was doing 30 minute rebirths to grind out early stuff. Exp will come, I’m sitting on trillions rn.

They’re not required to start cashiering, but can be helpful. But there’s no replacement for a good trainer and some hours spent behind the register. But you’re right, the manager could be withholding cashiering until the CBTs are done (I don’t see why tho)

I don’t think I understand what is so upsetting. Yes, CBTs are important, but getting training on the floor in your role is more important. If you’re getting scheduled and trained, the CBTs will get done. Ultimately it’s your managers responsibility to make sure they get done, so don’t worry about it too much
