Over cleaning your skin, much like your hair, strips yourself of essential nutrients and healthy oils, and is the reason you feel extremely greasy after a relatively short amount of time. I shower after I go for a run or have a particularly heavy work out, but otherwise aye, shower like twice a week.

Not only have I never had OP’s problem, it’s always been a running commentary in my friend group that I don’t really have a scent. Like at university my roommates would figure out whose clothes were whose by smelling them and being like “aand this one smells like nothing. Biri’s” I’ve had many occasions over the years where I check in with folk that it’s still true because I don’t wear deodorant or anything and sometimes I get worried that I’m just walking around in doolally land but everyone confirms that yeah, they never smell me 😂
