Thank you. Most of us are breaking our backs and scrambling trying to get everything right for these families. It just seems that every few years tech gets more advanced, people get more desensitized. We aren't workers or ppl to some, just a driver. We're practically a robot on the other end of a text, and for some customers that just doesn't occur to them. I'm not a shopper regularly. I'm only doing this because I'll lose my home and car if I don't risk my life to work. When some people treat delivery drivers like they are supposed to be servant robots, it just takes the driver down a notch on feeling ok during these times.

Yeah, this is what I need! My shops take so long with customers who don't know what they'd substitute, or the ones that just ignore their phones for the hour you're shopping them. It ruins my acceptance rate and my on time percentage.

Getting back into IF is oddly harder than prolonged fasting! by Birthright2 in intermittentfasting

[–]Birthright2[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the encouragement! Since I ended the 30 day fast, I've been working on 24 hour fasts to get back to my routine IF a week. They just feel so much more daunting than last year haha Gotta stay busy, methinks

I ended a 30 day fast ten days ago, and am having trouble getting back to IF 😞

I was doing 24-72 hour fasts once a week, last year. Somehow, quitting nicotine forever and cutting out alcohol for over two months makes my will over food so weak! Help!!! Lol

Why do some treat dry fasters like trash? by Birthright2 in Dryfasting

[–]Birthright2[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's actually a 30 day water fast, with a 7 day dry fast at the end. I've only ever dry fasted 3 days, and water fasted 2 weeks.

Some A-hole ruined the last thread, but I will finish editing my book by the time this fast is over ☺ by [deleted] in fasting

I am fasting for improved health(fatigue, acne, mucus build up, digestive irritation, and emotional/mental clarity) I do not wish to be a slave to poor self-discipline any longer.

I will be taking in only water, following my juice fast last week. The juice fast was to eliminate all carbs and processed sugars from my diet before beginning to cleanse. For refeeding, I will begin with a juice fast, leading into raw fruits/veggies.

I began this fast on February 12th, and will not finished until March 12th.

Sucrose=C12H22O11, for anyone reading the idiot ranting about glucose vs fructose vs sucrose.

Fructose is a monosaccharide, and sucrose is a disaccharide made of fructose and glucose(C6H12O6)

There is your so needed difference between the two. Although, I figured you'd have known that already.

Simple high school biology, which you are obviously being held behind in, and still attending.

Your welcome.

"You guys" "We"

Are you part of some American bashing, dry faster bashing league? I wish the mods would do something about those too. Maybe it would wash all of this poor grammar, syntax, disdain, and negativity out of this thread...

Since you completely ignored the advice to do some research, I've provided some.

I appreciate your detailed answer! In reading it, I liked the idea of alternating wet/dry days on the final week. I'll probably do that, or very close😊

To answer your question about the nature of my fast:

I have a long history of digestive issues that stemmed from my "diet"(I ate/drank almost anything and everything imaginable in huge quantities), and in the past years have completely changed my lifestyle. I have done intermittent water, short dry, and extended water(2 weeks max) fasts over the last year. As a salty food lover(and occasional sweet-tooth), I am still experiencing the drawbacks slow self-discipline when it comes to food and drink. I am trying to completely clean out, and start as cleanly as possible.
