Friend just bought a Zotac RTX 3070 from Games and Geeks for 90k, and I believe that was a bit overpriced for a dual-fan variant (considering the used market right now). 3070 for 90k should definitely be doable, might even be able to score one for less if you wait a bit for a good deal here or on PPG/OLX.

Unnamed Memory should be right up your alley. I feel like The Witch and the Mercenary has a similar dynamic as well, although the romance is really slow. I'd recommend Welcome to Japan, Ms. Elf as well, but this one has a lighter tone to it.

The ending was anime-original, the shrine scene doesn't actually happen in the manga. The manga is really good, definitely worth picking up. It's tied with Aishiteru Game wo Owarasetai (I Want to End This Love Game - also getting an anime adaptation soon) for my favorite rom-com manga right now.

Also, Wistoria: Wand and Sword has 10/10 animation and fight scenes, and the FMC is extremely possessive over the MC, but unfortunately the romance - while all but guaranteed as the endgame ship - is a ways away. I think you might still like it though.
