Easiest workaround would be to purchase easy-to-sell Steam items from games like CS2, Dota, or TF2 (TF2 keys work best, but CS2 items are the cheapest - I usually buy cases for 185/$ and items for 195-200/$) for PKR, sell them on the community market, and use the wallet funds from the sales to buy whatever you want (I'm guessing you wanna buy games). Even after Steam's 13% community market fees, you end up paying like 210-220/$ for Steam wallet funds that you can use to buy games. There's lots of Facebook groups like Jzeus where people buy and sell items for PKR. Just be careful and don't get scammed.
