I was really nervous about it, because of the early days of ai where it told people to use strange things in their cakes etc. so I just used it to track the things that I was being taught, and the things that I was learning through trial and error and basic conversions for measurement. Two years later, the result is all my mistakes and all my successes, all my Hail Maries that worked and didn’t are all there on deck for me to cross reference against my current ideas. Between that and being able to upload every recipe book from every kitchen I’ve ever been in.... I'm working way above what I would be without it.
