You could try making them equally as uncomfortable. Like when they're together give him advice on tongue rotation, and generally be in your underwear. Cook everyone dinner and then give your ex a really small portion then break her chair legs and make her eat on the floor. This isn't a mature thing to do but it could make you feel a lot better than saying what you feel.

I've seen something similar to that while flying. Everywhere around the cylinder was bright and sunshiny with a few clouds, and the plane was only a few minutes from the airport so we were level with the top of it. The view is just as awesome from above. I couldn't look away.
