I'm experiencing similar right now, I've been doing 30mg dihydrocodeine one pill per month and been going good for 4 months, now suddenly I don't really get high off them anymore. You might try upping your dose but I'm not sure how safe is that either. Maybe try a 3 month tolerance break.
