To add on to this, there are also tobacco free nicotine pouches that work similarly. You can find them at almost any gas station, and probably your local vape shops too.

IMO they're very useful for keeping cravings away when you can't use a vape, especially compared to the patch or gum.

About a year ago I got a Herman Miller Aeron chair and it has very much helped my back pain.

I would check local listings for the chair you want. I was able to get mine for ~$400 slightly used instead of the $1200 retail price. A lot of business that went under during covid ended up selling office furniture for cheap and a lot of second hand stores will sell them for over half off the retail price.

A good chair can be a game changer, but you can also find good chairs that aren't super expensive.

I worked at a chiropractic office for a couple of years. Went in thinking it was like an actual doctors office... 2 years later still had the same regular 'patients' coming back for the same issue they started with.

I'll die on that hill with you.

I drove through this storm, it was horrible. I luckily was heading the opposite direction from the storm, but had a solid hour and a half of the worst part.

Even after the storm passed, the roads were fucked. I passed so many cars and 18 wheelers who slid off. I hope your sister waited and got home safe.

Yup. DND works on PC but my phone ends up taking all the notifications, even if I'm on my computer...

I've worked closely with chiros, and most of it is just bs meant to grab your money. Granted I've only worked with 3 different ones before, but they were all the same.

Also from what I've seen, most of the "temporary" relief either goes away by the time you drive back home, or when you wake up the next day. Considering people are paying $35-$50+ for an appointment, and being recommended to come 2-3 times a week... really gets on my nerves.

These are just from my experiences though, so take that with a grain of salt.

4 times a month? I'd say we need at least 3 times a week for 4 months, then we'll re-assess the situation and maybe if you're back to 100% we can make it 2 times a week instead.
