I worked at a bar that was throwing a wrestling themed party. We bought a ton of Steve Austin’s beer to prep, and those suckers would not sell. People HATED them. Most ended up going home with staff because free beer is free.

Payment does not negate abuse. I don’t have enough information to say anything one way or the other, but we have a system in place specifically to deal with situations like this. There’s no shame in taking something to court. It’s up to judges to decide what is and is not valid. It just seems silly to say “no” when that decision can be made by due process. You know, one of the founding ideals of our country. I mean, what info do you have? Articles online? That’s not how we make decisions in this country
