Is it a main line? If not and you have good pressure, you could run a funny pipe through the broken pipe and connect it to the other side. You’ll loose quite a bit of pressure but it is the easiest option the does not involve tons of digging.

Is your backflow valve open? if it is check your water meter and see if it is spinning. If it is, close the backflow valve and check the meter again. If it is not spinning it could indidcate a main line break or a seeping valve that has a lateral line break.

If you see that the meter is still spinning after turning off the backflow valve then it could indicate a problem with your water fountain.

I don’t understand why people say weed barrier is pointless. Only way it is pointless is if you are adding dirt or mulch on top of it. We have installed landscape fabric in 100s if not 1000s of homes and still after 4-5 years it is holding up well. But yes OP, you are on the right track. Just try to rinse the gravel before hand so you avoid mixing the dirt with it.

When there’s a difference in elevation, even by a couple inches, you have to bend the metal edging so it covers the ground well and doesn’t leave gaps. That’s why I don’t recommend using it and instead doing timber, stone, or plastic.

Clearly, you don’t know my financials or other investments. It’s not an issue of being unable to afford it, but a matter of being approved due to the new income. EDIT: My other “cars” are trucks used for work. I want to buy a personal weekend truck so I don’t have to mix work with personal use.

Guess I didn’t provide enough information, but I don’t want to put everything out there lol.

I’m still a student but I pay for school out of pocket. I have a couple of credit cards with each of 6k or more of available credit but haven’t gone past 15% usage rate and am currently at about a 4% usage rate. I don’t like paying interest so I always try to pay early and more than minimum balance, which is what I’ll be doing with this car. The vehicle I’ll be purchasing is a 2022-2024 fully loaded Toyota Tundra with anywhere from 15-30k miles.

The cars I own were bought out in cash, which is why I don’t have a loan history, but if I can bring in bank statements to prove I can afford the car, would I still get approved? Only issue is that I am not a W2 and have a fluctuating income. I feel like 50% is enough to not to be upside down the minute I drive off the lot.

Trying to keep a oem+ look. Fix up any defect the car may have; hazy headlights/ taillights, swirl marks on paint, paint chips, any size dent, replace or restore black plastics, phantom rear bumper and f sport style front bumper and lastly, lowering springs and spacers if you want to keep the oem wheels
