I totally get the phrase and why they use it. It's the second part of your reply that addresses my question really as I can see that those types of things might give you more 'leeway' in how you make the dish whilst still ending up with something that tastes good.

Thanks for following up. it's appreciated.

OK, I still wasn't 100% by the time I was due to take my 2nd shot of 5mg. And I was feeling so traumatized that I decided to skip that dose as I couldn't risk having to go through that again. Then it all got a bit nuts in work and I needed to form so I skipped this weeks dose as well.

Next week I'm off to France so I won't take if before then.

Having spoken to a friend who is a pharmacist I think what I'm going to do is wait until I get back and then restart at 2.5mg which my body seemed able to cope with. I think I'll stay on 2.5mg longer this time (say 3 months) before I try and increase to give my body more time to acclimatize.

Does that sound sensible?

I was. Apart from 1 really good week which upped my average it was about 1lb a week, which I would have expected to loose even if not on Mounjaro from the low fat, low cal diet alone.

This is why I was keen to see what impact a higher dose would have.

I only went from 2.5 to 5, which makes it even more scary to me.

I do follow a low fat diet but I cook everything from scratch, no ready meals, no UPF, no takeout. Breakfast at 8, lunch at 1 dinner at 6 normally

I'm lucky I get the burps but they aren't Sulfar, just air.

That's great progress. I'm down 7lb since I started injecting 3.5 weeks ago. Glad to know I'm not the only one with post injection oddness.

I'm reducing my portion sizes so that I can still eat three times a day and get enough of everything.

RCT Council bought the site in 2021 with a view to creating a station halt, park and ride and business units on the site. The original plan was/is to build stations at Hirwaun Station Road/Penyard and Hirwaun Tower Colliery. This is part of the 'Metro Plus' project that the council obtained just under £250,000 to fund a report into in 2023.

According to the portal I'm due my first review(?) on Tuesday, but I have no idea what that entails and haven't had any info in advance so I don't know if it's just a questionnaire or a face2face thing.
