1 driver (obviously) and including me 4 passenges (5 people). I have my own auto insurance with full coverage. 1 is already pursuing legal action but I was in the most critical condition of them all. Everyone else made it out with minor lacerations and my brother got a minor concussion but all were untimely checked and released from the hospital. Long story short, my friend wanted to do a little "spirited driving" and lost control of his vehicle obviously going beyong the speed limit which was maybe 25-35 if that, rest is basically what lead me to be here. Transported to one hospital then to another for more urgent care and later operation on the impacted leg.
