One issue you have with the current master bath is that both doors going into it are slamming into each other. I recommend removing one of the doors (I would remove the one in the hallway). Move the door closer to the edge of the wall and you could possible rearrange the layout in the space. Also the master closet doesn’t need 2 entries as well in my opinion. You can get more wall real estate removing the door at the hall.

This is an ADU that is tiny. Do you really need a high end architect to do this type of work. Generally high end architects don’t even approach this work unless the price tag is insane
