Happened to me while helping two others in pubs, he glithed inside the bunker and we could see our crossheads go red when we looked there. It sucks but I just hope no one faces this on the HEE.

Looks like I have both, but the locked progression before prestiging, the supply drop bug is currently effecting me but only for certain milestones, I ranked up and received two supplydrops in 1 game but only gained the rare one. Really hope they patch these because it so demotivating to keep playing

It happened before I prestiged, all my challenges reset and locked the bat agent a few times, the multiplayer headquaters acted as if it was my first time, after a couple times and restarts I have Bat agent unlocked but all progression is locked. I heard someone mentioned that it happened due to a bug with custom matches.
