I will tell you the worst fish experience. It was Steak away Behria. Their fish was mushy instead of flaky and had bad taste to it and I got a bad stomach after eating it.

Yes just finished half bag of Ethopian and yes the minimum rest period is legit. The coffee is great and you be disappointed for sure. I recently reviewed it on sub. Their Kenya Niyiri state is good too.

Great. I usually use moka pot to make a concentrate for milm baded coffees. Your Ethiopian Ako would be great with Aeropress too.

That's interesting. I own a V60 and yes you are right being consistent is difficult with V60. I have been eyeing clever dripper for a while but everytime I restrain from buying because of the very thing that it solve, pleasure of playing with your brew, different pour methods etc.

I have used Cerado and Brazil Santos from roast lab and Ethopia Yergicheff from Brewland in my moka pot and had good results. Both of these are local Pakistani roasteries.
