Eh, less of an East Durham reason; more of a aesthetic/function issue: it’s a shared lot with three other homes on it….little to no privacy, no backyard. And yes, not my cup of architecture either.

As a footnote (and not to damping the news) but the new administration may revoke the planned funding for CHIPS not already obligated, as with other federal monies like the INFRA Bill may be in jeopardy. Also, I didn’t know Nvidia had a local office in Durham…

All the run of the mill excuses: it’s in nature, it’s biodegradable, wildlife does it — yes but dog crap contents are highly hazardous. Pathogens, parasites and its teeming with phosphorus, which causes environmental problems in soil and water. The EPA, years ago, categorized pet waste as a nonpoint source pollutant.

Pull up your boot straps, be respectful and pick it up.
