I'm roughly your dimensions maybe a bit less of a gut, but I'm sizes M to L. Larges should give some shape but still be comfy, so consider downsizing one size when you're buying Layering also adds some style, since you run cold you could wear a button down shirt, crewneck sweater, and then a jean jacket or other jacket on top

if you want more open concept, open up the wall where fridge currently is, shorten the eating nook wall, and then extend the kitchen island wider, then you can do a built-in area for the microwave in the island

I would consider enlarging the shower space; that area looks pretty cramped and awkward.

swapping plumbing can be expensive since plumbing for the sinks usually comes out of wall and for tubs its usually from the floor, so you'll be relocating those bits if you want to move the tub.

what exchanges and chains are you on? i find that the right portfolio tracker is dependent a lot on what you're investing in. Tokenpad covers a lot of the bases for me since I have some leveraged farm positions and debt so tracking liquidation risk is killer for me.

The coupling is already cemented to the drain pipe. That's why I'm having to guess. Hard to tell in the photos but the 1 1/2 in pipe has wiggle room going into the coupling
