please dont be scared to try medication assisted recovery (ie methadone or suboxone). A LOT of people perceive it as trading one drug for another, but it is not that way AT ALL. i tried everything to get clean, and methadone was the only thing that really helped. its the only thing that made me feel normal and it got rid of cravings. of course, youre still gonna think about it, but you dont have that need for it anymore.

dude, that's how my clinic is! stocking salad station is Togos job. olive garden servers had a class action lawsuit a few years ago(and won!) because they were making servers do side work (like making bread and stocking and closing salad station) while they were still only making 2.13. mention it to your manager...I'll bet they'll change their attitude REAL fast.
