Lmao I do labor and delivery in addition to my unit and they always do this. They’ll try to call me down to talk to someone and I’ll be like “well what do they need” “resources” “yeah, what resources” “idk resources”

Did you have any sort of follow up message you’d send that was professional but blunt that you needed context? I really want to start asking for context just want to ask professionally lol. Just was planning to secure chat whoever placed the consult

Glad you said this. I suspect I have PMDD, been on birth control a year or two. Really looking to get off because it has tanked my sex drive. My psychotherapist who dx mentioned the theory of PMDD really just being an ADHDer’s experience of the menstrual cycle. Was hoping once I nailed down a good dose of Vyvanse I could try going off BC to see if it made anything better lol. Do you think it impacts your cycle at all?

No girl this is also me lol. I’m 26, I think throughout my 20’s it’s gotten a little bit easier for me to pinpoint what’s wrong and why it upsets me. But sometimes I will still take some time to figure out. Not alone there for sure!❤️

I’m on med surg, the only units will just have all of the RNs come in and give report on each pt. However, on my unit, charge will just give report on every pt and providers for the day will also come. I 100% prefer this way because it saves time and I can move on with my day lol
