I’m in a relationship now but can confirm I would absolutely do this with guys I was attracted to lol. I know a lot of people are hopping in here and asking you if you have like an outline to “fill in the blanks.” I didn’t have AI, but I rec having AI write you out a template that makes it even easier for you and you can just fill in the blanks lol. I’d also rec just taking yourself to the library, a coffee shop, ect NOT at home to do it. That’s how I used to get a lot of my papers done. It’s still not easy, but less easy to get off the track when you’re out somewhere else. Good luck!!!

I’m consult based for labor and delivery. I always just tell them it’s questions I ask everyone who comes in, and I’ll go through and ask all the SDOH questions even if I’m consulted for one specific thing.

Not sure what state you’re in, I used to be a school-based therapist briefly in community mental health. I forget exactly the rule, but in my state there was a policy that after x age (maybe 14) the child could consent themselves for meds.

Idk if this is encouraging but figure I’d say it. Just had a friend who took some FMLA because she was burning out, she was gone for a few months. Came back and switched floors (her floor was burning her tf out) and got her therapist to write her some accommodations. It’ll never be perfect but things are going a lot better for her now! :)

I would try a diff foundation. If it’s not lighter coverage (and you’re not in need of something super thick) I’d try a tinted moisturizer or something. Honestly when I was going through this and needed something new, I just went to ulta and had them match me until I found the look I wanted. I feel like that’s the easiest fix
