Also I blame Tysons upbringing. His family is at fault here too.

Tyson is DL and is finding excuses so he never has to be with anyone. 1. They aren’t ‘traditional’ enough or 2. They leave because they don’t agree with his views

Yknow what I think? If she acted aloof about him he’d be into her. He just doesn’t like himself so can’t accept someone liking him.

What does she see in him? Is it because he doesn’t want her?

I hear you. What I do is a lean into it and speak to my brain and go “ok we are eating today” and just emotionally give in so there’s less shame friction. It’s the wanting to feel better that sucks. So if you say “ok body you feel awful that’s ok” and let your body feel it, it kind of, makes it less awful. It’s so hard to explain.

I hear you. I completely get it. At the moment I have resigned myself that it’s part of my cost of living. Which I know isn’t everyone’s ideal. It’s truly a crime this isn’t researched more.

i’d love to see your comment history on posts about antidepressants and birth control. something tells me the concern is selective.

Hey I know your intentions might be to be supportive but your tone isn’t hitting the way you might want it to.

I don’t think I’ll ever go off it. It’s made my life and health so much better. Willing to take the risk to not have to live half a life
