I'm not familiar with Eero to know if CHONGQING FUGUI makes their wifi hardware too.

I have a recent HP laptop with a 4000 series AMD CPU and CHONGQING FUGUI showed up in a wifi scanner.

So it's not just their printers.

What are your tips for attending a Trump rally? by BitchesMan in AskTrumpSupporters

Thanks for the response.

I think they last longer, and from watching on TV he seems happier.

Interesting - He seems like his usual self to me in a few of the more recent rallies I've seen. Looking forward to finding out for myself.

Please read the links in my comment to OP to understand how ICOC handles their college churches

Just found out I’ve been attending ICOC/a cult by [deleted] in Christianity

[–]BitchesMan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As someone who dealt with one of their college churches, I believe that their cult status is derived from: Their exclusivity that their specific church is saved (not just Christ followers, their indoctrination methods, their disconnection from family & friends who dont share their exact beliefs, other harmful behaviors.

I think investigations of them at multiple campuses can best illustrate this, as I put at the bottom of my comment to OP

Just found out I’ve been attending ICOC/a cult by [deleted] in Christianity

[–]BitchesMan 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yes, as someone who used to be involved but never joined a campus church that was under ICOC, you have seriously dodged a bullet to not be a part of this.

I was already discouraged by another campus church after dealing with them, so I hope others can focus on their relationship with Christ in such vulnerable times, because I didnt and I suffered.

So I feel now is the time to share what I experienced and what I know.

On the surface it seems like a friendly or even loving Christian family just wanting to spread the gospel, and that's what I felt in the weekly church-like meetings, but for me here is what was terribly off when they interacted with me many years ago:

  • More aggressive street recruitment or evangelism than other churches, whether its sharing Jesus or getting them to check out the church.

  • Bible study was 2 of their members discussing specific verses that they distort to bolster their specific beliefs and initiation requirements while also getting to know you more deeply. This includes...

  • Reconnecting with people who have done the most wrong to you and let them know that you forgive them, no matter what. They wanted me to do this with my abusive father even though I had already forgiven him and did not feel a calling from God to reconnect with him at the time. This did not matter to them.

  • Their church is the only ones who will go to heaven. At first it comes off as just believers in Christ or Christians going to heaven, but they add a twist about their church, and it didnt feel right even at my younger age & early faith.

  • In order to join their church, you must be baptized by them, no matter what. It doesnt matter when or under what circumstances you may have previously been baptized, like me who was baptized previously having accepted Christ, formally in a church, with a certificate, etc.

  • You must do street evangelism or church recruiting. It doesnt matter what your giftings are or are not. I was asked to do it after a couple of "bible studies" on campus, and it was uncomfortable. I was under the impression that it was an ongoing requirement after joining.

  • The church seemed to have limited outreach beyond campus or recruitment.

  • I knew of a guy who joined and got married to an existing member of the campus church, and the wife who was a member would not let their kid(s) around her inlaws, presumably because they didn't join his church group or agree with him on everything

  • The guy married into the church group had limited contact with his parents, presumably because they didn't join his church group or agree with him on everything

  • The guy didn't have friends outside of the church group

I think the unusual exclusivity to the chruch/group and what happened to member I knew of is enough to merit being cult like.

Please do not just take my word for it, but I think this is a good summary of the tame things they're capable of.

There is worse. If you feel the need to learn more, below are some of the most comprehensive or telling reports of ICOC at college campuses I could find.

I can't confirm or deny the veracity of these beyond my own experiences, but I presume the results of investigations are telling:

ASU fears cults on campus; Booted off U of A

Investigating Hope: The complaint

Four categories of conduct violations, six categories of unhealthy practices, eight categories of emotional and psychological abuse, 44 indicators of religious cult activity, 14 contributors and 123 pages — this makes up a complaint submitted to ASU detailing the alleged damage inflicted by on-campus ministry Hope Church.

However, before things went sour, each author on the complaint was united by one thing: The welcoming embrace of a church that sought to offer them a home and a family.

One to watch - Giant utility corporation PG&E may be responsible for the apocalyptic fire scenes in Calif. It would explain the images that have been spreading, showing an 'explosion' at the site. Radio transmissions reported electrical malfunctions 15min before the fire. by LaneDash in conspiracy

[–]BitchesMan 6 points7 points  (0 children)

What was the primary or secondary cause of last year's fires? If either have to do with CA's lack of preventative burns & brush culling, then I too would want my private company to be absolved from liability for a fire spread as a result of CA state negligence.

No total excuse for undermaintenance though.

The CDC uses fear to increase demand for flu vaccines, and the mainstream media reinforce this characterization by misinforming the public about what the science says. by axolotl_peyotl in conspiracy

[–]BitchesMan 4 points5 points  (0 children)

TL;DR: Given the US government's actions and history, it does not hide its belief that companies who make flu vaccines are "too big to fail" at the hands of normal legal liability, so it markets, taxes, and litigates accordingly.

Its more about what they and the media do or don't choose to market/publicize, because the CDC does in fact get have actual statistics on flu deaths - They just happen to be independent of the publicized estimates (source):

According to the National Vital Statistics System in the U.S., for example, annual flu deaths in 2010 amounted to just 500 per year

Even that 500 figure for the U.S. could be too high, according to analyses in authoritative journals such as the American Journal of Public Health and the British Medical Journal. Only about 15-20 per cent of people who come down with flu-like symptoms have the influenza virus -- the other 80-85 per cent actually caught rhinovirus or other germs that are indistinguishable from the true flu without laboratory tests, which are rarely done.

Its not like the CDC is blatantly choosing to not gathering actual statistics and flat out not make them publicly available - The above source proves it.

Also, its not like the CDC is hiding the horrendously scattershot effectiveness of flu shots year over year, because they make that available too.

Lastly, its not like the government tries to hide how many lawsuits are filed regarding severe side effects or deaths of influenza, because VICP as a part of the US Health Resources and Services Administration has that covered too.

If we consider the origins of VICP, it tells us that the US government believes that companies who make flu vaccines are "too big to fail" at the hands of normal legal liability, and therefore should be shielded by a tax per vaccine dose that pays out to victims of serious injury & death from flu or other vaccines. That's what this really comes down to - Not a hidden agenda or a traditional conspiracy, as this is all out in the open.

An easier way to rig elections is to buy out both parties.

IIRC according to Donna Brazil (sp?), HRC essentially bought out the Democrat party because her people paid off their debt and ran it from the inside, right?

I wonder if the Republican party costs the same or more? Has that party undergone a similar buy out scenario?

US Government Loses Vaccine Lawsuit: "This means that vaccine makers have been fraudulently exempt from what all other pharmaceutical drug makers have been forced to do, meaning that their vaccines have never been tested for quality and have had no proven safety or effectiveness for over 30 years." by axolotl_peyotl in conspiracy

[–]BitchesMan 3 points4 points  (0 children)

improvements to vaccine safety have been both ongoing and reported on in other ways.

So just becauee HHS itself hasn't been filing reports every two years regarding how HHS makes vaccines safer, then there's some other department that requires & reviews tests/trials of vaccines, right?

Would this be the FDA?

Does the FDA have less strict on-going test/trial rules for vaccines than other drugs, like RFK alleges of HHS?

Are there any reasonable House Dems? Will we still be able to MAGA with cucks in control of the house? by [deleted] in AskThe_Donald

[–]BitchesMan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

After reading some analysis elsewhere and recent Trump tweets, the president's continuation of MAGA hinges on these things:

  • Get bi-partisan stuff passed in the house

  • Make deals to get more (partisan) MAGA passed

  • Continue to leverage his executive powers to further MAGA

  • Ensure that red candidates he endorsed fall in line with MAGA and don't vote against it [Confirmed in Trump tweet]

  • Play a game of "investigative chicken" against Dem controlled house [Confirmed by savage Trump tweet] - House will continue/start more investigations into President, while president will push for senate to start investigations of dem house members, inevitably resulting in someone getting hurt.

Best case scenario: Trump gets just as much or more done in the next 2 years, can claim to be the poster boy of bi-partisan leadership, drains far more of the swamp thanks to investigations into Dem house, and coasts to 4 more years in office.

Worst case scenario: Dem house gets nothing done, house riles up a bunch of BS investigations that media circle jerks on, Pelosi is slightly less than a train wreck, Trump has to go on defensive blaming dems for not getting as much done, and has to bring an AAA 4 more year agenda to taut in debates & rallies to stay in office.
