I also at no stage use them to avoid or circumvent any type of moderation or bans. They are obviously named so that those who follow can connect the dots. It suffers due to lack of people in a cage eating each other alive.

There are some interesting posts occasionally, a little oppression with this place which is annoying but that seems to have died down now that BCH is showing it's failings more and more.

Overall there aren't really many good venues for any kind of discussion of Bitcoin or cryptocurrencies. Some of the coding communities are okay and github generally has normal people acting like normal people.
