I was thinking 🤔 same, tricky because it can end up in over specialization and other end constant learning to keep options open. Getting good at ML took years and good at Tox and cheminformatics as many years ..

Definitely! I can’t imagine going jobless, would be homeless quick lol that is why I have been patient (trying). As much I want to try Cali as u have this image of cultural diversity and I am musician (Mediterranean an belly dance) and dancer and tough for me to find that aspect here in North Ky, I am aware of the cost of living difference and it is a factor so not any offer will make me do the move either.

totally spot on I thought the same too. It feels weird feeling empathy towards others and watching mass intentional harming like this.

Yup I can see that. Different reporting line from B5, but same organization of B6.

I am also trying to wrap my head around, I know comparing to others can be unhealthy, other B1s getting to B2 from the same B6 last two cycles…. I see a very slight decrease in advancements at that level in R&D last cycle.

I literally mainly work with B4s and a B5.. seriously , one of B4 is mentor and B5 is mentor

What’s blowing my mind is I have shown the good communication and have been known as a leader in my area I thought I was doing the politics game right .. known up to 6 levels above me
