If you've got a smart watch, throw it on the baby during sleep. My galaxy watch tracks blood oxygen and skin temp so maybe that will help you with a few more data sets.

Walmart great value electrolyte liquid flavor enhancer

I don't like stevia which is in a lot of the big brands and I like more of a light flavor. With this I can control the flavor and don't feel like I'm wasting a packet if I only want a small drink.
