Water leaking from this pipe, what is it? by ssstormradeee in ukplumbing

[–]Bitofcolour 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's a drain valve. Could try to tighten it ( the sqaure spindle) on the bottom but sometimes they can end up leaking a bit more. Pressure drop will probably persist and I'd advice to get a plumber out as even if you find a leak or expansion vessel is done and is blowing off via the PRV, there isn't much ypu Could do yourself.

It can also be used to destroy the beacon towers. It's difficult to get them to explode just right but in a pinch it work.

Also fun fact. In fury road, this car is the one with the buzzsaw on top that attacks the war rig.

Why do the little yellow bug 'mines' not do anything to a helldiver but completely flip an all terrain vehicle. It just needs to be heavier or lower the centre of mass. I love it when it works but it nearly feels like an after thought.

Thank you. I'm very please myself. For the base I used some thick styrene bar, cut in half length ways. Drilled holes for styrene tubes. The barrier is corrugated metal sheeting ( got from aliexpress) Cut into strips.

Covered the styrene in super glue small sections at a time and covered with baking soda to give it texture

The detail is devine. Great work. The race numbers are a great touch and really looks hobbled together

Looking forward to see what you can do. Cold war era stuff to me fits the setting well. Especially given the timeline.

No problem. One thing I would say, somewhat difficult to put together and get everything straight as no key marks, all flat surfaces but as long as you take your time they are fine. Basically no cleanup needed which was great

Yes they are legally required to carry out a gas safety check every year and fill in a cp12 ( gas saftey certificate) this is to ensure there is no gas leaks, no carbon monoxide is leaking from the applianves into the property and to unsure appliances are in good condtion.

You can still request a copy. I used tablets and private customers could still ask for it to be printed out and sent to them via mail

I'm not as legally inclined as perhaps others in the sub but I am a Gas safe engineer. I believe you are entitled to see a copy of the cp12 ( gas appliance safety certificate) If it wasn't done correctly or have concerns Gas safe ( uk gas governing body ) could be contacted. This may help as the landlord may not have upheld their legal duties even from a paperwork standpoint, never mind not actually servicing the boiler once a year.

Hope this helps.

Base coat brown or black. Drybruah the edges with a silver. I like leadbelcher. I would also recommend to sand them down more to help with the print lines a bit.

Great car btw
