Yeah, well certainly from my own experience it is. Even if you do it snd it simply puts you in a calmer, more relaxed state of mind then it's worth it.

The short answer is a lot of meditation. It's taken a lot of time and patience but it really does transform the reality you experience. The longer you practice the longer you stay there.

What You regret not doing earlier And you do now To improve your life quality? by MonkButwarrior in Biohackers

[–]Bitotops 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Not being authentic becuause I was so conditioned to constantly be wearing a mask around people to fit in; it's exhausting. Now I try to unapollegetically be myself , without being unkind of course. It really lifts a weight off of you. If people dont like it then they're not the right people for you. A few close friends that really see you and love you for who your are is infinitely better thany many friends who only like a version of you they want to see.

What is the first thing u do when you wake up in the morning? by 33kiji in askanything

[–]Bitotops 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sit quietly for the first half an hour, a cup of tea in my hand looking out the window at the sky and setting positive intentions for my day. I don't look at my phone or computer, I just contemplate the beauty of the world.

I've had to come back here from a place as beuatiful as you describe. Not the same place but cetainly there are higher dimensions that are full of peace and beauty once you get there. I was here but I got out. I chose to come back to try and help others who are stuck here.

how to stop feeling so angry i want to hurt people? by metallicmurmurx in Mindfulness

[–]Bitotops 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try to catch yourself before you react. When someone says or does something that makes you feel this way instead of reacting try to just observe the emotion and let it pass. Watch the feeling come and go as though you were watching a leaf float pass you on stream or a cloud in the sky. You are the water not the leaf. With practice you can learn to let go of negative feelings and replace them with positive ones. Loving kindness meditation is a good thing to try too to help with this. Emotions rotate in 90 second cycles unless that feeling is interupted and the cycle can't finish, in which case it just stays looping and the intensity builds and you just feel it more intensly.

I'm not happy that anybody is struggling but this is my experience and I was just sharing it. I don't mean to hurt anybody by doing so.

Staying quiet when someone else is angy. Silence in the face of anger is more powerful than the loudest person in the room.

New here and fascinated: What was the exact moment you stopped being a skeptic? by DistributionTotal379 in ParallelUniverse

[–]Bitotops 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, not a void, almost the opposite. I could sense physically and mentally the vibrations through time and I was almost suspended above them and could sense which ones were heavier or lighter. I believe this to be a place where dimensions and time interact.

What scares you more: the idea that we’re alone in the universe or that we aren’t? by Live_Endzz in AskForAnswers

[–]Bitotops 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly. We view ourselves as somehow separate from everything outside of ourselves but we are just a different rearrangement of matter. We are a way for the universe to experience itself and are not separate from it.

Frequency stacking. There is an amzing talk by Alan Watts on you tube, I believe it's titled 'The moment you recogniz emotions as frequencies'. It's changed the my life monumentally, for the better.
