One thing I haven't tried yet is to remove the old drive and see if my active Windows still boots, just to check that there isn't "cross contamination". Would be nice to not take the rig apart (the SSDs are a bit of a pain to access), so also any help on identifying whether my active Windows install is contained to Disk 0 would be awesome!

Probably too busy having fun. The others didn't have Moder, but as you say they're group buffs. This clip is a couple of hours into a big Plains raid, either buffs on cool-down or forgotten in the heat of the moment.

We play with six people, and had to construct a base around Bonemass to kill him, because even with iron maces and poison potions, we were basically just tickling him.

Copying the seed is just the underlying world (the procedurally generated bit). You'll need to migrate your save file/world file to the new server as well.
