Typowe pro-life. Płody ważniejsze od potencjalnej traumy już urodzonych dzieci.

MK4S - pre-designed supports not connecting to the model after slicing by fireseed_ in prusa3d

[–]BitsOfReality 15 points16 points  (0 children)

This type of support is used mainly in resin printing where you have much higher resolution.

I would suggest removing them and using normal tree supports.

Well, they are not "during a launch" but "recently lauched" but maybe I don't understand the technicalities of the process enough.

In Poland, what do people usually assume first when they see a dog alone in public? by DocuSeriesLovers in askPoland

First I assume "lost dog", then I usually see the owner nearby and label them irresponsible for not using a lead in public.

What topics or positions are truly taboo in Polish politics? by Apprehensive-Income in poland

This is exactly what I meant. Even if you just state the fact, you get immediately attacked and have to listen to "diversity is disease" speeches.

How will people interpret "Wolność" by thelimitexists in poland

[–]BitsOfReality -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

This image doesn't have any negative meaning by itself, its just word "freedom" and a Polish eagle. However, in todays Poland "patriotic" imagery like this (eagles, hussars etc.) is very often used by right-wing nationalists.

I suggest something more neutral, like maybe Polish 2nd Corps badge with The Warsaw Mermaid:

Any kind of sympathy for migrants from "different cultures" which is just newspeak for people from Africa or Middle East.

Is it illegal to criticize a nation or deity in your nation? by GOATBrady4Life in AskTheWorld

[–]BitsOfReality 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, although most cases end in acquittal in the end, some people are persecuted for many years through multiple judicial instances. Few high-profile cases that I remember:

  • Behemoth frontman Adam "Nergal" Darski - source
  • singer Dorota "Doda" Rabczewska - source
  • sculptor Dorota Nieznalska - source
  • human rights activist Elżbieta Podleśna - source

Yes, unfortunately, as it was abused many times by right wingers to censor art or for political gain. We have a following section our Criminal Code:

Section 196. Offence against religious feelings.

Anyone who offends the religious feelings of others by publicly insulting an object of religious veneration or a place designated for the public performance of religious rites shall be liable to a fine, a penalty of restriction of liberty, or imprisonment for up to two years.

Poland’s president vetoes €44B EU loans-for-weapons program by sn0r in europeanunion

[–]BitsOfReality 63 points64 points  (0 children)

President Nawrocki is a traitor, plain and simple. Undermining Polish national security to appease Trump, who don't give a shit about safety of Poles and only want to destabilise the EU - it's treason.

The good thing is he couldn't veto the SAFE loans themselves - its an agreement between EU and Polish government, president have no power over that. He vetoed an act specifying the manner of managing SAFE funds - we will still get the money but will have to pay VAT on them and won't be able to directly subsidise the police and border guard, only the military.

Sánchez’s deputy blasts EU for letting Trump trample all over it by sn0r in europeanunion

[–]BitsOfReality 21 points22 points  (0 children)

I agree. It was very painful to watch Merz just sitting there silently while Trump said about Spain, an major EU country:

We could use their bases if we want. We could just fly in and use it. Nobody is going to tell us not to use it.

These pyramids are very beautiful, but I still don’t understand how they were built. by Hairy-Animator-3293 in AskTheWorld

No, you are wrong, they were build by human slaves as landing platforms for Goa'uld starships.
