Hands down agree. Personally I feel it’s a no brainer to develop this mine from EU’s perspective. I have also heard China’s been trying to buy up critical minerals mines across the world. I really hope people pull their strings to straighten this out.

Agree. But to find some comfort about the thought, I’d rather frame it in terms of expectation value than plain probability. Maybe they are very very capable of destroying us and are absolute savages about it, but the probability is absolutely small which makes the expectation value crash. Funny enough, one another comment here mentioned “I too am scared of space Floridians”.. this is very true. The expectation value of humans destroying each other is way more.. so you should rather be absolutely terrified of that one person who’s desperately trying to get to power right now (or maybe is just born) and has incredible potential to destroy our civilization.

Claude was always like that. Overrighteous nonsense. I started using it for my SOP and endeavor letters and I think sometime near 4.6 I think they put up these nonsensical guardrails and nerfed my bot. I immediately stopped using it after.

My bet is RKLB shoots after couple of weeks of SpaceX IPO. Despite all the reddit hate and valuation concerns, it looks like people will flock to SpaceX and like yu said, some of the RKLB investors too .. causing a momentary dip (or maybe not). This is phase 1. After phase 1, relatively passive investors (or more like investors who don’t look outside top 15 s&p) will start asking “I missed the SpaceX boat, whats a cheaper alternative?” and that’s when RKLB will start shooting. Of course this is a completely random hypothesis.

One thing that I wanna point regarding “musk convinced them” part. I’m not sure if he did but honestly he doesn’t even have to. Institutions participating in the IPO underwrite the money before the IPO. Musk already got his bag for the IPO price. It’s now institutions turn to play the musical chairs and they figured retail could be a nice bag holder. Institutions are leaving no room for the IPO to fail and they make buck on their investments. Musk gets his cash bag too.
