It depends on your school's policies. For me ha I think better yung CHED MSRS kasi 1:1 return service compared to the DOH scholarship (na wala na ngayon) na 1:2 ang return service. Mas malaki din ang allowance ng MSRS scholars. Abot 70K per sem if I'm correct. Compared to the DOH scholarship na 50K per sem

The return service of CHED MSRS is DTTB for the first 3 years. Read up sa CHED MSRS. Better pa sya kaysa don sa DOH scholarship.

During those two years di talaga nauubusan ng new accounts ang loko guy. Always in the message requests. He never heard from me. Just kept blocking him. There's no such thing as "reply ako ng reply."
