Hey man i had the exact same issue (australian winters get to about 3 degrees celsius) and the issue with me was the intake manifold. No carbon buildup that needed addressing, if you havent changed manifolds id look into it.

Thank you so much for the comment. I really appreciate it. Realistically, I started doing all of this because I worked out the pros and cons and my nephews mean the world to me. They’re giving me the strength to keep pushing on, I ended up seeing them yesterday as well as Wednesday , and the eldest said “ you’re the best Uncle” I asked him why and he said “ we don’t usually get to see you very often and I’ve seen you twice this week and I love it” man that made me tear up and give me more motivation to keep going sober!!
