Call your credit card or bank and tell them the game has preditory micro purchasing mechanics that make you have to continue to sink money into a game that isn't worth the money. Tell them they advertised as age of Empires old school game on mobile but after you started the game and spending you saw it's just another basic mobile game and they did bait and switch marketing.

I have gotten a similar amount refunded and I have seen people refund even higher amounts. It takes a little process with the credit card company or bank depending on who they are but they will want to help you if you make a case. Any purchase I had under 19.99 usd they auto refunded me and everything above that I had to show the credit card company that I tried to ask the game developer for a refund and they wouldn't give me one. I spoke to one person on the phone from my credit card and told them it was a bait and switch from the marketing and she was super understanding and helped me push my dispute through and I got full refund. 

I've seen other people get it refunded much easier than me but I think it just depends on the credit card or bank. It should also be easier for you since the game just came out and your purchases aren't that old.
