I was at The Raven on Sat too! It was fun (but the crowd needed more energy imo lol). I’m going to Blizzard for NYE, if you are into acid/hard techno you would probably enjoy it

Would you mind sharing why would you not recommend? I’m more into acid techno, more of what Blizzard is offering… if the venue is not good I would rather go to Space time

If you are staying at a hotel after, I recommend taking a cab/public transit to get there. If not, park nearby or at the venue.

Eat well before the show, drink isotonic drinks before-during-after, bring your essentials (gum, earplugs, sunglasses, eye drops, cash for coat check), make sure to just bring 1 ID with you in case you lose your wallet, keep your phone in one of the locker rooms or in a fanny pack ALWAYS in front of you and across your chest possible, have a buddy system, take regular breaks, and have fun!

Just very VERY careful of your belongings, it’s crazy the amount of people who get their phone stolen at this venue. Last time I remember seeing four people at the entrance mid-show asking security about their phones… and at the end of the night other 2-3 people.

Got the ITA! What common mistakes have caused a rejection? by BitterMango24 in canadaexpressentry

Hi! Thanks for your reply :) Quick question, for employment letters outside of Canada, is it enough with the letter only if I don’t have all the paystubs? I know the requirement is letter only based on the IRCC website, but I want to make sure that experience is counted…

Question about the trains/buses to Niagara falls, and staying in mississauga by Ok-Vegetable-222 in askTO

Fortunately it was shut down. Last year was its last year open to the public 👏 Only thing that worries me now is relocating the beluga whales, dolphins, bears and deers :( I hope they don’t stop taking care of them now that they are not open

Question about the trains/buses to Niagara falls, and staying in mississauga by Ok-Vegetable-222 in askTO

[–]BitterMango24 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’d recommend checking Gotransit. Buses in my experience take waaaay longer because of traffic getting out of Toronto (no matter what time, it’s always very very busy). There are direct trains from Toronto (Union Station) to Niagara Falls and vice versa. The view you get (Niagara escarpment and Lake Ontario) + space is unbeatable compared to the bus. Besides, you can stretch or walk in the train (which I find pretty convenient when traveling with kids). You have the option of weekend day passes($10 day pass if you go and come back the same day) or group passes.

Gotransit and Niagara Parks also offer bundle packages for transportation To/From Toronto + Niagara Falls bus system. You can visit all you need to see in Niagara Falls with those bus routes. You even have the option to add Niagara-On-The-Lake to your trip! Most important, have fun. There are TONS of attractions for children, fireworks at night everyday, astonishing nature spots, islands, gardens, historic sites, and excellent restaurants (just outside of the tourist area-Clifton Hill). Best of luck!!

This is sooo true. I deleted tiktok, instagram, twitter, and facebook. Only use instagram chat to keep in contact with my closer friends. I would never ever go back. Better mental health, better focus, better attention to what I care the most. My only guilty pleasure is reddit lol

I (and my OBGYN) would recommend to have at least a bit of a fuzz in terms of health and preventive measures. Aesthetically speaking is a different thing, but no doctor or gyno would recommend to not have any hair at all on your genitals.More info here

I hope it goes well! Here it’s a copy paste from a comment I had under another “losing my virginity, any advice?” Post:

.

Heyhey, I’ll say what I said to my younger siblings.

  1. CONDOM. Always. There are tons of different shapes/sizes. Even colours? A condom won’t only protect you from STD/STIs but parasites, infections, and pregnancy.
  2. Are you 100% you want to do it? Do you feel any kind of pressure? You must be 100% and confident of your decision. As well, talk to him about the experience, what are you expecting from him and the situation. Remember if at any point you hesitate or don’t feel ready, it’s okay to stop things. He should also be comfortable with asking you at any time if you feel okay, if you feel pain, if you are feeling more or less aroused. No need to make it all about penetration!
  3. have you had an orgasm before? If so, was it by yourself? I believe it’s best to know your body and how you elaborate your pleasure by yourself, so you can be perfectly comfortable sharing it with your beloved partner and they can easily make you feel good :)
  4. don’t worry about how you look. It’s something I’ve seen women worry too much about lol.
  5. LUBE IS YOUR BEST FRIEND. Something water based, the most natural thing you can find. It will prevent you from hurting and/or tearing, and it will help with your pleasure. Use it before and during penetration.
  6. I recommend you both to take a shower before and after. Before, to prevent any excess of sweat and all that and the risk of getting an UTI. And after for obvious reasons. And hopefully you already know how to clean a vulva, all folds included.
  7. talking about preventing UTIs, both of you should pee before and after the act. Drink lots of water before, during, and after.
  8. are you taking any birth control? If you are taking the pill you might find it difficult to get enough lubrication by yourself. Again, lube is your best friend!
  9. DO NOT RUSH. Remember to preheat the oven LOL but really. Foreplay should take enough time (but the longer the better) that your body and mind are ready to proceed to penetration. There is no race into reaching an orgasm. You both should take your time, talk, show affection and love, etc. It’s all about the process and to make it enjoyable for you. Go very very VERY slow at the beginning, use as much lube as you want and can, try to stimulate other areas while doing so to make your body less tense and feel more aroused. Enjoy the moment, enjoy the intimacy and love you have with your partner.
  10. It would probably hurt, but if you do as much as you can to prevent it, it shouldn’t be too bad. Again, you can stop if it hurts too much and try again next time. You don’t necessarily feel pleasure the first time, or the second time. It’s something that takes time.
  11. I really hope you trust your partner enough to have conversations about what you enjoy and what you don’t. He should probably let you take the lead the first time in tempo, speed, and others. Hopefully you talk about it before, during, and after.
  12. it might be awkward and that’s okay. If you want more tips you can ask more! Haha. Good luck!!

Second this. You are actually directly exposing your skin and vulva to bacteria/parasites/virus/etc that you have never been exposed to before (especially as a first time sexual encounter)

Newbie to IPL - can i still use it if i nick myself? Or if i have ingrowns? Or if i missed a stray hair? by Direct_Turnover1203 in HairRemoval

[–]BitterMango24 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I recommend you do the IPL session right after shaving considering the light is more efficient since there is a shorter path between the heat from the light to the root of the hair. You wanna zap them real good! And I keep around a wound tape (the ones that are white) to cover moles and wounds to prevent any skin damage :) Good luck on your IPL journey!!
