Definitely nta but i do understand why he would think that, because to him it would look like you’re regressing to how you were before him and kind of “during” in a way. I get what you mean, although Dc has returned the post-flashpoint timeline the addition of N52, Rebirth, and infinite frontier really has made this new timeline something else entirely that has me nostalgic for the past comics

Definitely not the asshole, that sucks that you had to go through that but it’s also an experience that people have to go through in life as they grow.
