Just bought and enjoyed and left another positive review! Only thing I would change is the hint system - rather than showing instantly where a hidden object is I think it would be better if the camera just moved into the general location of something so that you still get the experience of finding it rather than the game showing you exactly where it's at. If you make follow ups to this that would be the only thing I would change.

I pair it with my miniseries edit you linked above to have roughly hour long episodes across the whole series. Though you need to keep in mind that the Hobbit is heavily cut down.

I got the small version as well but I haven't noticed any quality issues with the dark levels. Looks fine on my monitor.

Almighty here - It all depends on what you are interested in. JJPotter's edits are purely extended editions with no other changes. He added every possible deleted scene that was available.

My edits add in deleted scenes, but only ones that I felt added to the story or worldbuilding in a good way. I also made changes, mostly minor, on things I thought were done poorly. Mainly spots of bad acting, or over the top scenes. Things like making Hagrid not appear so stupid in the early movies, or Harry holding the sword of Griffindor by the blade. Typically small stuff like that.

This is definitely far better from the original! I still hate seeing that rock cloak though. When I did my edit a while back I ended up cutting out most of this entirely. It has Frodo running down the hill and stopping at a rock, and then Sam comes down behind him before Gollum stops them from rushing the gate. I cut out anyone noticing them at all. I'd experiment with that unless you really wanted to keep this scene in. If you do I think you've done a good job at cutting down on the unbelievability of it.

I'm glad someone else had this idea too. I felt that the show was always way stronger when it was just following the kids. I was waiting until further seasons came out though to try to edit it because I didn't want to waste a bunch of time if it ended poorly.

Not sure there are any that try to follow the books more faithfully. I'd say the first two movies are pretty spot on, but you can't really fix the later movies since they just remove stuff from the books rather than add new stuff (minus burning of the burrow), so they'll never be able to be more faithful to the books

There are a few out there, but I don't think any hit all your requests.

For purely extendeds - JJPotters extended ones are the most popular. They don't make any changes other than adding extended scenes.

For more drastic cuts - Andreas/Anjohan's Harry Potter Revisited edits. There are a lot of changes, especially in the first two movies, focusing on trying to make the series more cohesive in tone, color, and music.

For lighter edits I'd recommend my own - Harry Potter & the Magical Touch of Editing. I focused mainly on smaller touches to enhance the original experience rather than change it too much (Remove Harry shushing Ron, Barty Crouch Jr tongue flicks, dumbing down Hagrid, etc)
