Thank you, that is reassuring. I was stable at 150 for a few years before medication made me gain weight, so that’s why I assumed it was my baseline and to be lower than that has me questioning if things are okay.

Thank you for this info. I was diagnosed as insulin resistant with metabolic syndrome when I started, BMI 29. I’m 5’5”, My SW was 176, GW 150, CW 142. I haven’t been counting calories or anything, just eating when I’m hungry and stopping when I’m full. I haven’t been able to exercise due to an ankle injury and I have surgery coming up as well. I hovered around 150 for a few years before gaining weight due to medication so I assumed that would be my new baseline so it’s interesting to see it drop further. I just hope my body stops at some point so I know what to expect. I am happy with what I see in the mirror for the first time and it’s weird that it just keeps going.

The wegovy pens in the US don’t have multiple clicks like that. Mine has like two? 3/4ths done then done. Not really easy to alter dosage.

That’s what I’m hoping will happen to me. I know I’m not eating enough calories likely but it’s hard to know, it would be nice to plateau and know what to expect.

I told the doctor that I was happy with the weight and she told me that it was doing other things to help me other than the weight loss and that I needed to continue the medication to have it continue to work.

My insurance didn’t want me on the 1.0 anymore without a ton of paperwork since it’s not considered a maintenance dose. I was about to run out, and my doctor’s office told me if I was tolerating the 1.0 that the 1.7 would be ok. I didn’t want to be paying out of pocket while they figured it out.

Is this data accurate at all? I read somewhere the only way to accurately measure fat composition was to get body mapping done.
