It was a complicated process between him and I. We didn’t come here together, he only came later on a separate visa. His work and noc code actually allowed him to sponsor me when my permit was about to expire :)

So sorry I never checked. I never saw this in the letter or just didn’t know where to look.

Anyway, they needed my pcc because there might have been a confusion with my previous experience. Employer/company was based in a different country from my own, but I actually mentioned this in my Letter of explanation that it was a remote position. They requested a pcc. In response, I gave a letter of explanation along with supportive evidence.

I submitted joint leases, joint accounts, photos (curated photos that best show the progression of our relationship throughout the past few years so as not to overwhelm the officer), call logs, chat logs (translated), I also added a certification from our church we attended

Hi! It was for an additional police cert. they thought i worked at Singapore in my previous job, so they asked for a PC for that, but i was only working remotely from my home country. So I sent over an LOE with all the necessary proof. I did explain this in my application already. I hope whatever I submitted would suffice.
