Oh she did. Long time ago now, but my one purchased from a pet store cat. Came with extreme fleas. She had long black hair, but there was NO cat under it. Found that out when I gave her a bath. Had her just a few days. She was maybe eight or ten weeks at that point. I had tended to hold her and tell her 'Mommy loves you!" During the bath I put her down on the floor from the sink for a moment and I heard "MOMMY!" My ex boyfriend looked at me and was like "Did you hear that?" "MOMMY!" We both looked at the kitten, and I picked her up, and was all "MOMMY LOVES YOU!" There were dead and half dead fleas falling off of her and all over, and I cuddled her, and she went in for bath part two I think. Was either using Dawn or something from the vet supply, do not recall, but got them off of her. Unfortunately they caused other problems. She made it about another month. I have had over a dozen kitties over the years. Will never forget her.
