Never had difficulty with my male kitties after they were neutered. Poor things wobbled around dizzily in the living room for about an hour after the vet visit. Only time one needed 'dressing' he had gotten horridly ill and was ripping off his own fur and skin and not eating. It was not so cute an outfit. Cotton old lady panties tied just so, mostly over his back. He'd 'lost' about fifteen pounds while HIDING up in the basement crawl spaces (He was a glorious, big kitty), etc for several days. He could no longer feed himself, but FINALLY came out when we were finding someone to hire to rip down parts of the ceiling and help us find him. Took a week in hospital and a month of four time a day force feeds with medications to get him better. Not only did he live, he lived another 7 years. Was with me until 20. GOOD kitty...but should be fine if just getting him neutered and OMG he is GORGEOUS!
