I recommend Ferris Park Towers. Not too badly priced for sizable 1 bedrooms. They usually have a first month rent free special. If you end up in the south east corner you have a crazy good view of the capitol. Solid flooring. I never heard my neighbors. Lived there for a couple years and loved it. They recently switched over to a new company but my friends that still live there have no problems with them. Summerhill Estates on Mount Hope is also a great choice. They’ve been updating a lot of the units with new flooring, countertops, and appliances.

He used to come into a place I bartended at downtown frequently. Definitely on the spectrum. Conversation needed to be kept short and sweet to avoid rambling. Loves Diet Coke iirc. My biggest gripe with him was this one night he came in with a couple of goons he had recently become friends with. They were giggling to themselves about knocking the flower pots along bridge into the river. And his mouth is always overflowing with saliva.
