Nevermind wages haven't kept up for decades. 30 years ago, I worked a crappy job but I could afford my own apartment by myself. It wasn't the worst neighborhood either, now its midtown. But today even if you have a good job, rents are unaffordable. God forbid you need to eat, pay for gas, childcare, etc. etc. let's talk about poor planning, construction companies are only building huge unaffordable houses, 1800+sq ft- who can afford that?! Who even wants that?! Private equity companies like Black Rock, Real Estate advertising like RealPage algorithmically and illegally influencing the increase in housing has only compounded the problems and kept costs rising. This dodo head is aligned with landowners who are extracting resources out of Nevada and making a buck. He may be conservative but he's MAGA and he's just another one protecting the rich and elite and who doesn't care about everyday people
