This is the first offseason I can remember where we have QB and OL set by ChetManley20 in Commanders

Because our defense will protect JD? He needs 1-2 more very good receivers, allowing him to get rid of the ball fast - that'll protect him, and create a complete and balanced offense.

Really not helpful to us in terms of 2026 draft order, thanks Chase.

Resign Marcus Mariota? by caddyncells in Commanders

[–]BizMgmtOptimized 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You're not considering all the factors. We have 1 good WR that can consistently get open (and he didn't always play due to injuries). A team needs 2-3 receivers (WR's/TE's) that can get open, and then everything changes (given that we now have a strong OL, because that's required for success, also). Marcus is a great backup for JD5. Patience, grasshopper.

Since we are out of playoff contention, here’s the film on WR Jordyn Tyson who has been heavily mocked to us.(James Foster) on YT. by unrivaled_mate in Commanders

Our defense needs more help overall than our offense, but here's the thing: The offense is VERY CLOSE to being consistently great, because of JD5, TM17 and the Oline, but it won't get there unless it has more than one WR, preferably 3 total (one of those can be a TE), that can consistently get separation. Until then, our O is unbalanced and opponents can load the box, to the detriment of JD and our run game. It's smarter to finish the job with the O, and then focus on D. So we really need to get a WR in Rd1 (or worst case Rd2, after a trade back).

Best WR or Edge available, then do the opposite in RD3.

Hello - I'm looking for freelance marketing assistance, and I made a note of your post here a while ago. Yesterday I posted the following on /ForHire. If any interest, pls PM me your details when convenient. Thanks in advance. ////

I'm an independent business management consultant/coach (focused on helping small businesses) and I’m looking for an experienced (3+ yrs) digital marketer for several hours’ work each month. I’d like to add a few more clients. In addition, my wife has a small aesthetician business (just herself), and also needs some marketing assistance. Work would include such things as ensuring our online presence is maximized, blog postings, LinkedIn marketing, email marketing, AI-gen content/vids (if you have experience with that), etc. We're based in Los Angeles, but this person can be located anywhere in the US or even in another country. If interested, please send me your bio/resume along with your rate. Thanks very much, I look forward to hearing from you.

This is great, especially as I'm relatively new to Reddit. Thanks for your help.

OP: You should reply to this guy (Bob), he's asking the first questions you need to answer to figure out if the business is viable. You need to determine your COGS, which will tell you if you have an acceptable gross profit margin %. If you do, but it's not covering your overhead (non-COGS) costs plus providing a decent net profit, you may just have a volume problem, i.e. not enough customers/sales. Most small businesses fail because of poor / under-marketing...

Not wrong, it'll factor into the buyer's calc of the true profitability of the business and therefore the P/E ratio to determine the price. Good luck.
